What does the ticket include?+
Depending on the film: 4–6 signature dishes, atmospheric presentation and, of course, the film itself. It is a unique blend of theatre, cuisine and cinema. The full menu is listed under each event.
Is a ticket for one person or two?+
All prices are per person. If one ticket worked for two, that would be Hogwarts-level magic 🧙♂️
Do you host corporate events?+
Yes, we host corporate cinema dinners in Almaty and Astana. We can send you a commercial offer for the cinema dinners already in our repertoire, or discuss creating a new format for your company. The details, date, city, number of guests and film are agreed individually.
Where does the cinema dinner take place? "What's the address?"+
We work with different restaurants, so the address depends on the film. Please check the address in the event description.
Do cinema dinners run only on schedule, or can we choose another day?+
General hall cinema dinners run only according to the current schedule on the site. A custom date can be discussed only for corporate events or private cinema dinners of 30 guests or more.
Is all the food halal?+
Yes, all the dishes at our cinema dinners are halal. Where bacon is mentioned, it is either beef or turkey. We do not use pork at any of our cinema dinners.
Is there alcohol? And can it be replaced?+
If the menu includes alcohol, we always offer a non-alcoholic alternative on request at the entrance to the cinema dinner. If you are late, we put you down for the non-alcoholic option, to avoid misunderstandings for guests who do not drink alcohol for health or religious reasons.
Can we order anything extra?+
Yes, you can order extra drinks, tea or dishes from the restaurant menu up to 10 minutes before the cinema dinner or right after it. Extra orders are not taken during the cinema dinner. All of this goes on a separate bill.
Can we ask for dishes to be brought early?+
The dishes on our menu are served strictly on cue. They cannot be brought out early on request.
Can we come as a group?+
Of course! Just choose the number of tickets you need when buying. If there are 5 or more of you, you can check the group booking terms in advance on WhatsApp.
In the general hall: if there are more than two of you and you want to sit together, choose seats in the same horizontal row. For example, if there are three of you, choose two seats at one table and one at the next table on the ticket platform.
We can only join your tables if they are in the same horizontal row. No more than two tables can be joined, so that waiters can still reach the front rows.
Do you give birthday discounts?+
We do not have birthday discounts, but we always congratulate the birthday person at the end of the cinema dinner, with a dessert and candles.
